I just made up an acronym that I kinda love:

As we go into the new year, this is how you should launch your next business or side hustle:

This email will be short and to the point.

Here’s exactly how to think up your next idea:

  1. Start with this: This software is one of the most powerful products I’ve ever seen (30 day free trial ONLY with this link). Imagine Zapier, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Clickfunnels, and a hundred other things had a baby and put it all in one place. It will enable you to white label a SaaS or an agency without needing any technical knowledge. (White label means for another company to do all the work and you just slap your name and face on it and sell/market the thing).
  2. This same company has an awards show every year, where they publicly announce which white label partners (AKA customers) made the most money with them. IT’S ALL LISTED RIGHT THERE ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE! More on that later.
  3. Go peruse that website, start clicking around to generate ideas, and then start reverse engineering how those companies grow.

Here’s a few examples of companies using them on the backend that are making $10k - $100k per month without having needing hardly any technical knowledge or startup costs:

  1. https://www.tekmatix.com/ - $66k/month. The world’s 3,455th generic CRM. All built on HL. The whole business is literally just a website where another company runs everything. And HL built the website with just a few clicks, too!
  2. https://theastroblaster.com/ - $52k/month. The 79th text messaging platform built for real estate agents. Nothing special.
  3. https://gspatients.com/ - $18k/month. What do they do? Find Spanish-speaking patient for chiropractors!! Yes, using HL!! Random, right?
  4. https://www.7figuredocs.com/ - $82k/month. They help doctors find more patients…and yes, HL does all of the work.

We are using HL in several different ways across my companies:

  1. My personal CRM (doesn’t charge per contact like Hubspot does, I save 90+%.)
  2. To run our lead gen agency and all of our sub accounts.
  3. To manage our Google Business Profile for our tree trimming business.
  4. To generate more tree trimming leads via outbound SMS.
  5. I think I’m forgetting a couple

Here’s where you can generate a zillion ideas of what to copy.

Here are the criteria for the awards they give out so you can roughly calculate what their revenue is.

Here’s the best way I know how to reverse engineer someone:

  1. Use the Meta ads library to search for the company in question.
  2. Find their ads that have been running for the longest amount of time - those are the bangers.
  3. Copy those ads AND THE OFFERS IN THE ADS. Don’t forget copying the offers guys, that’s even more important than copying the words and media.
  4. Use the web archive to find out how long they’ve been in business and what their site has looked live over time.
  5. Use whois.com to find out when their domain was registered.
  6. Look up all their social media pages and scroll to the beginning of when they started posting and see how things have evolved over time.
  7. Look at their social followers to try and develop a feel for what types of people follow and/or buy from them.

Spend an hour or two looking through those companies and start thinking of your own personal Ikigai venn diagram:
