Truck Arbitrage

Happy Saturday!

It was a great week! But we have no time to waste today. Let’s get after it.

This one will be short and to the point.

Here’s how you find great business ideas:

How to sell to them? Buy a FB Group for their fans.

We’ll use Tesla as an example.

Shoot, let’s get even more niche. The Cybertruck.

The Cybertruck is the most viral, most photo-worthy, most polarizing vehicle that has ever been released. If I’m wrong, please tell me which other car compares.

Imagine if the DeLorean came out during the social media era…

Tesla will sell millions of these things when it’s all said and done. And YOU can capitalize. Here’s a few ideas:

DIY, direct to consumer wrap kits. There’s never been a vehicle that’s been easier to wrap, nor has there ever been a vehicle with a greater need to be wrapped, because they only come in one color!

Are companies doing this today? Yes, a couple, but look at the search volume for the phrase “cybertruck wrap” over the last few months:

We are so so early for this.

I would also do:

Do some keyword research on terms that have high volume but low competition.

There are THOUSANDS of hyper active FB Groups for Tesla fans. Some are broad and some very very niche:

You could buy up dozens of these for hundreds of bucks each. Almost none of them are being monetized currently.

Start “building in public” once you own these groups. Solicit feedback on whatever it is you’re creating. Once you launch, you’ll have rabid fans that feel like they are a part of your journey.

I promise you promise you promise you that many companies will make many millions selling to only the Cybertruck crowd. Yes, it’s that big.

There are 2.2 million Cybertruck reservations and only 4,000 trucks have been delivered so far! 4,000!

That is 5x the amount of Model 3 pre-orders there were, a car that’s been sold over 1.2 million times already.

Rent it on Turo

Here’s how the numbers shake out in the state of Texas for Cybertrucks on Turo vs a new Toyota Tundra.

Cybertruck:

Tundra:

So Cybertrucks have 50% more demand, fetch 6x the rental income and only cost 3x as much?

That’s arbitrage, baby.

You know what to do, I’m gonna end it here. Good luck!
