How Massage Chairs Can Make You $10k Per Year, EACH.
Here’s exactly how (insider info at the end):
1. Call 3 different companies that sell or place pay by the minute massage chairs.
2. Dig deep and get all the info you can on what TYPES of locations are the most profitable. Malls? Airports? GET SPECIFIC. They’ll talk.
3. Start scraping and cold calling all of these types of places. Tell them how much money they’re leaving on the table. Sell them how these chairs keep people in their business for longer AND bring more direct passive revenue. And they look nice!More indirect + direct revenue = winning. Btw these chairs will yell at people that sit in them without paying. I love that, but you can disable it if you want.
4. Offer a 70/30 revenue split, favoring you. Have ChatGPT make up a contract and get them to sign it. 2 year contracts with renewal options. Get a contract from the companies you get intel from and use that as a template.
5. Go to Ali Baba and buy a few different models of these chairs from reputable vendors. Put it on a credit card. Don’t like risk or don’t have the cash? Then don’t. You already have signed contracts. Ask for references from vendors to call and interview. Ask them the same questions. Where do these things print cash the most?
6. Buy the chairs and place them yourself. Anywhere, nationwide. Unlike a vending machine or an ATM you don’t need to refill them. Make sure they’re cashless. Share all reporting with the business you’re placing them in.
7. Repeat this process with the best types of locations and most reliable chairs. Offer end consumers a discount to capture their phone number. Try to sell them dropshipped chairs via a link you text them right when they’re done with the massage, and a few dozen more times as well. Turn a $3 sale into a $3,000 sale.
8. My friend has a tourist attraction in Tennessee that has 6 chairs that make about $10k per year EACH. Almost all profit. You’d never think to put a chair here but it’s a perfect fit. Payback period is a few months.
