Everything I'm Working on Within My Companies Right Now

Fast Tree Care - High level oversight of marketing and growth. Working on building out revenue generation from content.

Mining Syndicate - Working directly with our CEO on growth opportunities as we enter a bull market.

Holding him accountable to KPIs. Working on selling one of our bigger assets, set to close next month.

‍

Texas Snax - Not much at the moment. My partner is doing a great job and moving to TX soon to grow the heck out of it.

RV Parks - Sourcing deals and helping with fundraising on new deals coming into our pipeline.

‍

Voltera - Virtually nothing, as @CoFoundersNik and Zach are crushing this one without my help!

Pet Cremation - Working on a website and a new partnership with a facility in E Texas. But lets be real @HCareAdvisorGuy is carrying to bulk of the load here. I'm a coattail rider.

Personal - Working on renting out my industrial property to a company that wants some significant TI improvements. Shopping around for better insurance.

‍

Content - Writing my newsletter, tweeting daily and doing my call in show every week, as well as repurposing old stuff onto other platforms for the first time.

Writing about 4-6k words per day plus video. Working extra hard on growing the podcast side of things. (Looking for the owner of a failing biz to interview if you know of anyone.)

Hiring - Looking through 100+ Chief of Staff applications plus a couple other roles with @cofoundersnik:

Initiative #1 - In talks to buy the US rights to a interesting European vending concept.

Initiative #2 - Talking to a fellow dude here on Twitter about partnering on his company.

Initiative #3 - Working with an awesome college student on some wholesaling deals and building out a food and drink product.

Initiative #4 - Working with 1 investor to buy that ranch in Montana. Stay tuned! Prob gonna move there for the summer with the family. At the very least we'll escape the TX heat!

Family - Over the next 5 weeks: 5 birthdays + my brother's wedding. Plus a trip to Austin, and then College Station and then Utah. Also my wife is going on a cruise. April will be nuts!

How do I do it? A couple great biz partners, a handful of great investors, a few great CEOs/operators, a baller wife, a couple VAs, an awesome EA and a soon to be CoS.

Also, caffeine, adderall, and I haven't been working out, so that saves me some time.
